The Foot Solutions Experience

  1. After scheduling an appointment or stopping by your local Foot Solutions, you’ll be paired with one of our foot experts highly trained in Pedorthics. Feel free to share any pains or concerns you’d like to address. We’re always here to listen!
  2. Your expert will provide a free 10 point analysis to evaluate a range of things including, but not limited to, your foot biomechanics, gait pattern, and any issues you may be experiencing. The analysis takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. You’ll receive an expert recommendation to improve your foot health and alleviate any problems, and we’ll focus on a solution designed just for you. This could include custom arch supports and/or insoles, or a personalised footwear recommendation.
  4. After the evaluation and getting you checked out, we will stay in touch to ensure your foot wellness plan is succeeding.

I visited Foot Solutions due to suffering from plantar fasciitis something I should have realised never goes away. I was looked after by Paul who was very informative, everything was explained in detail and I was measured properly for custom supports, I was able to try on various styles of shoes and now have shoes that fit properly with the supports and am now pain free, well worth the investment, thank you Paul and team for the great customer service.

I had an outstanding experience at Foot Solutions in Plymouth. Paul was a great help with my problematic feet, providing professional advice and taking the time to offer me various options. While it wasn't cheap, and I ended up spending nearly £800, investing in your feet is crucial. I felt incredibly welcome, and the lady on the telephone was also very helpful. It's clear they employ excellent staff. Highly recommend!

Foot Solutions have changed my life and I can't thank them enough! I am walking taller, more straight and have much less foot and leg pain, than I have had in years. The service was fantastic – thank you Paul. The shoes are expensive, but worth every penny. I am a mid 50's woman with size 10 feet and not ready for "granny shoes"! FS found me a stylish pair of sandals and trainers. Thank you.

Becky , what a super member of staff, she me feel relaxed about my footsole discomfort, none of this high pressure sale whilst the issue has not gone away, the discomfort has reduced by half with the soles purchased, as well as my bank balance lol, but thats my choice, well worth a visit David
