The Foot Solutions Experience

  1. After scheduling an appointment or stopping by your local Foot Solutions, you’ll be paired with one of our foot experts highly trained in Pedorthics. Feel free to share any pains or concerns you’d like to address. We’re always here to listen!
  2. Your expert will provide a free 10 point analysis to evaluate a range of things including, but not limited to, your foot biomechanics, gait pattern, and any issues you may be experiencing. The analysis takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. You’ll receive an expert recommendation to improve your foot health and alleviate any problems, and we’ll focus on a solution designed just for you. This could include custom arch supports and/or insoles, or a personalised footwear recommendation.
  4. After the evaluation and getting you checked out, we will stay in touch to ensure your foot wellness plan is succeeding.

I initially went in and saw Paul 5 years ago as I was suffering with plantar fasciitis to the point where I couldn't walk for very long. I'll be honest I wasn't looking forward to going in and only did it as i was in excruciating pain. I saw it as a shop for older people so held no hope of it being a worthwhile visit. I couldn't have been more wrong. Paul was incredible then, helping me get made to measure orthotics and the right shoes to wear, which completely sorted my plantar fasciitis. When a couple of weeks ago my ailment returned, after 5 years of not having it, I knew I needed to book in, and immediately thought of Paul. He was once again fabulous. Incredibly helpful, explained everything and you don't feel rushed with him. I now consider Paul "my foot guy". I just cannot speak highly enough him and when I need to book in again in 5 years time, he'll be the one I'm asking to see again!

Jo has changed my life. I had plantar fasciitis in my left foot and also pain in my left knee. Jo's attention to detail, wealth of knowledge and care was excellent. At the free foot assessment I opted for both feet to be scanned and within a few days of using the specially made inserts, I was walking better and with less pain. Prior to this I had found it hard to walk without severe pain. Now, with the custom inserts and the correct work and walking boots I'm happy to say I've walked miles on Dartmoor and elsewhere, and daily pain has been reduced by about 95%, Overall this has been a brilliant, life enhancing experience. Highly recommended and worth every penny.
